5. 'K Now What? Merchandise Returns Policy

We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your K Now What merchandise order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help! Please review our returns policy below:

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. After this period, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges.
  • Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with tags still attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage from use will not be accepted.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom products, such as personalized merchandise, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve the issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item at scott@k-now-what.com with photos and a description of the defect. We’ll ensure you receive a replacement or refund as necessary.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Recommendation: We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where an item is not in its original condition or is returned outside the 30-day window, only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory constraints.
